Return / Exchange
The customer has the right to make a complaint/claim if the goods purchased by them have a physical defect or if the goods do not conform with the contract.
Returns are free of charge. The customer is only responsible for the return shipping costs.
Saketos has a policy of a 100-day right of withdrawal. You can exchange or return any of our products to us, without giving a reason.
In the event of complete withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, i.e. the invoice amount – the value of the order and the shipping cost within 14 days of receipt of the return package.
You send the return shipment at your own expense. You can return part of your order, in which case we will refund you for the returned items.
The right of return does not apply to customized and personalized products – e.g. custom printed pouches. Please send the goods back in undamaged original packaging if possible.
Please do not send a return parcel with payment on delivery.
14 days – from the date of receipt of a complete complaint/claim application containing all the necessary data for complaint handling.
Customers can return standard products within 100 days of purchase. If you wish to return your pouches, Please send a message to our Customer Service. Personalized and custom bags are not returnable.
You can exchange a product for another within 100 days of purchase (for products from our standard range).
If you wish to exchange the products you have ordered, please send a message to our Customer Service.
We will refund the order within 14 days of receiving the return package.
Refunds for returned products are made using the same method by which the customer paid for their order.
