The production time is 1-3 weeks after all order details (visualization, delivery address) have been confirmed and payment has been credited or proven with a relevant confirmation. The design can be placed anywhere (below the drawstring), with a blank space of about 1 cm from each edge of the pouch. By default, we place the print slightly below the centre of the pouch.

Yes, we include a free print visualization with every personalized pouch offer. If you would like to receive it, please fill in the following form and attach the image or text you would like to be printed on the pouch.
Ordering samples with your print is possible.
As for printed bags made according to your design, we charge a fee of £20. We send 3 pieces, but the logo on each bag must be identical – it must have the same color, shape, and size.
If you confirm the final order without making any changes to the design within 3 working days after receiving the shipment of samples, the total cost of the samples will be deducted from the final invoice.
If you confirm your order based on the samples at a later date, we will refund 50% of the cost of the samples.
The lead time is up to 5 working days after the receipt of payment and establishment of all order details.

After the customer accepts the quote and design, they receive a proforma invoice with payment details. Once the payment is credited, we initiate the production process, which takes 1-3 weeks.
Once the bags have been produced, they are dispatched - the delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen by the customer and is usually 1-5 working days.
